Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information PostAllFeeds (postallfeeds.com) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
- Account information — your name, email address and a salted hash of your password when you sign up (we never store your password itself).
- Connected account data — when you connect a platform we receive OAuth access and refresh tokens and profile information. For TikTok, this is your open ID, display name and avatar (
user.info.basic); your username, bio, profile link and verification status (user.info.profile); your follower, following, like and video counts (user.info.stats); the list of your public videos with their view, like, comment and share counts (video.list); and the creator info TikTok returns when you post (nickname, available privacy options, and whether comments, duets and stitches are enabled). - Content you upload — videos, images, captions and post settings you create in PostAllFeeds.
- Usage data — basic logs needed to run and secure the service.
- Product analytics — our own, first-party measurement (no third-party trackers and no cookies). For each page view we record the page, the referring website, campaign tags in the link, country (from your IP address, which we don't store), device type, browser and operating system, and how long the page was open. Visitors are counted with a random daily identifier that can't be linked to you or across days. Your browser remembers where your first visit came from and sends it with sign-up, and we record milestones in your account (for example when you first connect an account or publish) to understand and improve how people get started.
2. How we use it
- To show which account you are posting to and publish content only when you ask us to.
- To display the status of your posts, including scheduled ones.
- To show you analytics for your own connected accounts: follower growth (we keep one snapshot of your counts per day) and how your recent videos perform.
- To operate, secure and improve the service, and to contact you about your account.
We do not sell your personal data, we do not use your content or platform data for advertising, and we never post anything without your explicit action.
3. TikTok data
With your permission we use the TikTok video.publish scope to post the videos you choose to your TikTok account with the title, privacy level and interaction settings you select, and the video.upload scope to send videos to your TikTok inbox as drafts, including photo posts. Uploaded videos and photos are stored only until they have been transferred to TikTok (for scheduled posts, until the scheduled time) and are then deleted from our servers. For photo posts, TikTok downloads the photos from a private, randomly generated link on our server that is only used for that transfer. Video lists and statistics are fetched on demand to show your analytics and are only ever shown to you. You can disconnect a TikTok account at any time from Accounts; this revokes our access token and deletes the stored tokens, profile and statistics for that account. You can also remove access in the TikTok app under Settings → Security → Manage app permissions.
4. YouTube and Google data
PostAllFeeds uses YouTube API Services. When you connect a YouTube channel with Google we request two scopes: youtube.readonly to show the channel you are posting to (channel name, handle, avatar and subscriber and video counts), and youtube.upload to upload the videos you choose to that channel with the title, description, visibility and "made for kids" setting you select, only when you press Publish or when a post you scheduled is due. We do not read, edit or delete your other videos, comments or playlists.
PostAllFeeds's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it or transfer it to third parties (other than as needed to upload your video to YouTube), and no person reads it except when you ask us for support. Google user data is not used to train AI models.
By connecting YouTube you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service; Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. Channel information is refreshed when you open the app and is deleted when you disconnect. Uploaded video files are deleted from our servers as soon as they reach YouTube. You can disconnect YouTube at any time from Accounts, which revokes our access with Google and deletes the stored tokens and channel data, or revoke access from your Google Account permissions page.
5. Sharing
We share data only with the platforms you connect (to publish your content), with the service providers below, and with infrastructure providers that host the service under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.
- Lemon Squeezy processes payments for paid plans as our Merchant of Record. Card and billing details are entered on Lemon Squeezy's checkout and never reach our servers; we only receive your subscription status, plan and the last four digits and brand of your card.
- Resend delivers our emails (account, password reset and billing notices) and receives messages sent to our @postallfeeds.com addresses.
6. Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. Access tokens are deleted when you disconnect a platform. You can delete your account and all associated data instantly from Settings → Delete account, or by emailing contact@postallfeeds.com; we complete email requests within 30 days.
7. Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and tokens are stored server-side and never exposed to the browser.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live (e.g. GDPR, KVKK, CCPA) you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data and to object to processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
9. Children
PostAllFeeds is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
