Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PostAllFeeds ("PostAllFeeds", "we", "us"), available at postallfeeds.com. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

PostAllFeeds lets you connect your social media accounts (such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X and others) and publish or schedule content to them from one place. PostAllFeeds acts only on your instructions: we publish content you create, to the accounts you connect, with the settings you choose.

2. Your account

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

3. Connected platforms

When you connect a third-party platform you authorize PostAllFeeds to access that account using the permissions you approve on the platform's own consent screen. Your use of each platform remains subject to that platform's terms, including the TikTok Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Music Usage Confirmation and Branded Content Policy.PostAllFeeds uses YouTube API Services: by connecting a YouTube channel you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and the Google Privacy Policy applies. You can disconnect any platform at any time from the Accounts page, or revoke access from the platform's own settings.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to the content you upload. You grant PostAllFeeds a limited licence to store, process and transmit your content solely to provide the service (for example, to upload a video to TikTok when you press Publish). You are responsible for making sure you have the rights to everything you post and that it complies with the law and each platform's rules. We do not add watermarks or alter your content.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use PostAllFeeds to post spam, unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful content, to artificially inflate engagement, to access accounts you are not authorized to manage, or to interfere with the service or any connected platform.

6. Plans and payment

PostAllFeeds has a free plan and paid subscription plans (Starter, Creator and Pro), billed monthly or yearly. Current prices and limits are shown on our pricing page and before checkout. Paid plans are charged when you subscribe and renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC), which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Lemon Squeezy handles payment, invoicing, sales tax and VAT, and provides customer service inquiries and handles returns for purchases. You can cancel, change your plan, update your payment method and download invoices at any time from Billing in the app. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

7. Availability and changes

Third-party platforms may change or limit their APIs, which can affect what PostAllFeeds can do. We may update the service and these Terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. On deletion we revoke platform access tokens and delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, PostAllFeeds is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the actions of third-party platforms.
